We specialize in high-quality customization for a wide range of products, including apparel, drinkware, and banners. Our mission is to provide exceptional, personalized printing solutions that combine creativity with sustainability, reflecting our clients’ unique visions.

2. Brand Selection and Quality

To ensure the best results, we utilize premium blank products from industry-standard global brands, including Gildan, Rabbit Skins, and ATC (The Authentic T-Shirt Company). Pacesetter Prints is not a direct partner with these brands; we choose them based on our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and vibrant designs. We reserve the right to substitute brands of equal or higher quality based on inventory availability.

3. Customization and Design Templates

We provide free design templates that you can customize. From design to delivery, we tailor our services to fit your unique requirements.

• Customer Responsibility: You represent that you own the rights to any artwork, logos, or photos uploaded for printing.
• Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is deemed illegal, infringing, or offensive.

4. Orders and Turnaround Times

We understand your time is valuable and strive to meet your deadlines.

• Production: Standard production begins only after full payment is received and design proofs are approved.
• Estimates: Turnaround times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide nationwide shipping coverage across all of Canada.

• Carriers: Shipments are handled via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service level selected at checkout.
• Risk of Loss: Once a package is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is provided, Pacesetter Prints is not responsible for delays, theft, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
• Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees or extended transit times may apply to remote or rural regions.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Defects: If a product is delivered damaged or with a print error that deviates from the approved design, you must notify us at Info@pacesetterprints.ca within 48 hours of receipt.
• Exclusions: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer or minor color variations inherent in the digital-to-print process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pacesetter Prints’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of your business operations and the federal laws of Canada.
